Refund Policy
We want you to genuinely love wellsyncy. If the product isn’t right for you, we’ll make it easy to walk away — no arguments, no hoops. This page explains exactly how refunds work.
1. Our 14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a paid subscription to wellsyncy and decide within 14 calendar days of your first charge that it’s not right for you, we’ll refund 100% of your most recent payment — no questions asked.
2. Who is eligible
You are eligible for a 14-day refund if:
- You are a new paying customer on a Starter or Growth plan, or an Enterprise customer without a separately signed agreement that supersedes this policy;
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your first successful charge;
- Your account is in good standing and has not materially breached our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
3. How to request a refund
Email contact@wellsyncy.com from the admin email on your account with the subject line "Refund request". Please include:
- Your workspace name or company;
- The date of the charge;
- (Optional) A quick note on what didn’t work — it helps us improve.
We aim to respond within 1 business day.
4. Timing & processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe, back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation from Stripe once the refund is issued. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a couple more days to appear.
5. Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
- Cancel: you stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. No automatic refund.
- Refund: we return money you have already paid, within the 14-day window described above.
6. Auto-renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges outside the 14-day window are generally non-refundable; however, we review requests in good faith — if the product has been unused during a full renewal cycle and you contact us promptly, we will typically refund at least a pro-rated amount.
7. Enterprise customers
Enterprise customers operating under a signed Order Form or Master Service Agreement are governed by the refund and termination terms in that agreement, which take precedence over this page.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we almost always resolve things faster and better than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting wellsyncy may result in the account being suspended until the matter is resolved.
