About the product

What exactly is Wellsyncy?
Wellsyncy is a B2B SaaS platform that uses AI to help companies keep employees well. We analyze workload meta-signals and voluntary check-ins to measure wellbeing, detect burnout risk early, and suggest concrete actions for individuals, managers, and HR leaders.
Is this surveillance software?
No. We do not read message contents, track keystrokes, take screenshots, or monitor activity in real time. We use meta-signals (meeting load, response time windows) plus voluntary pulse questions. Managers only see aggregated team-level data.
What data does Wellsyncy actually collect?
Calendar metadata (number of meetings, their length, attendees count — not contents), broad response-time metrics from Slack/Teams, and voluntary self-reported wellbeing scores. Details live in our Privacy Policy.
How accurate is the AI?
Our internal benchmarks show our burnout signal predicts sustained fatigue 3–6 weeks in advance with >78% precision at the team-aggregate level. Individual scores are always shown with confidence bands — and with the signals that led to the score.
Which tools does Wellsyncy integrate with?
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and major HRIS platforms (BambooHR, HiBob, Workday — Enterprise plan). More integrations ship each quarter.

Privacy & security

Can my manager see my personal wellbeing score?
No. Managers and HR see team-level aggregates only, with a minimum group size enforced to prevent re-identification. Your individual score is yours alone.
Will my data train AI models?
No. Customer data is never used to train foundational models or sold to third parties. Our AI work uses synthetic data and licensed datasets only.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We offer a full DPA, honor all data-subject rights (access, export, deletion, rectification), and support EU data residency on our Enterprise plan.
What security certifications do you have?
We operate under a SOC 2 Type II–aligned control framework with an active audit program. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Independent pen tests run twice a year.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email contact@wellsyncy.com from your work email. We confirm your identity and permanently delete your data within 30 days, or sooner where required by law.

Billing & subscriptions

How is Wellsyncy billed?
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as WELLSYNCY.COM.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of your billing period. Nothing to contact us about.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. You can export your data at any time before it’s deleted under our retention policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. See our Refund Policy for the details.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice and bank transfer.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on any paid plan, no credit card required. Our Starter plan is also free forever for up to 5 users.

Deployment & support

How long does setup take?
Under 15 minutes for Starter and Growth. Enterprise deployments typically go live within a week, including SSO setup and HRIS connection.
Do you offer implementation help?
Growth customers get guided onboarding. Enterprise customers get a dedicated CSM plus manager enablement sessions included.

Where is my data stored?
Primary data is stored in secure US-based infrastructure. EU data residency is available on Enterprise for customers in the EEA and UK.
