Our story

Built after watching great teams fall apart quietly.

Wellsyncy started in 2023 when our founders saw brilliant engineers, designers, and operators quietly burn out — not because they were weak, but because their systems weren’t designed to notice.

Traditional engagement surveys arrive too late. Productivity tools cheer you on when you should be resting. And most companies only learn someone is struggling when they hand in their resignation.

We wanted something different: an AI that watches for the patterns humans can’t see in time, but in a way that respects their privacy and humanity. A system that earns its place by being on the employee’s side first.
